The goal of the project is to preserve the psychological health of children who became victims of the war and are under constant stress due to its consequences.
War, unfortunately, psychologically affects not only adults, but also children. Fear, evacuation, losses – all this cannot pass without a trace. And even if parents do not notice the consequences immediately, they may face them years later.
It is very important to provide timely, professional and high-quality psychological assistance to children who are in emergency situations and adverse conditions. It was for this purpose that we opened the “ROOM OF SUPPORT” Children’s Center in Kharkiv.
Our specialists provide assistance to children and adolescents from 5 to 18 years of age, all services are free for residents of Kharkiv and the region, as well as immigrants.
Our center is equipped with modern materials and didactic tools. Psychologists and specialists of the center work comprehensively - it stabilizes the child's condition, ensures its development, teaches self-regulation skills, and increases the level of emotional stability, and most importantly - helps to cope with stress, anxiety and traumatic experiences.
